This is what happens when operater starts the machine before unhooking the load.

This unit has been two-blocked a number of times and the operator was
not aware that the hook travel must stop before striking the hoist. It appears
that both the owner and operator are in need of attending the required operator training program.

We perform our own in house maintenace,
besides there is no way to reach the sheave pins.

These equalizer sheave pins came from two different crane users.
Both of these companies perform in-house maintenance on the equipment.
Like many in-house maintenance programs they tend to be reactive instead
of proactive when it comes to the overhead cranes.

Question: Can you tell me what conduit run will be used for the crane main power feeder?
Answer: I think so. It should be on the drawing #4536B and I think it is revision 786 or is that drawing #4638D revision 358.
