This was a complete turn key project.

was responsible for the complete design, fabrication and installation of the entire self-supporting structure,
bridge cranes and column footings. The footings were a special bell shaped design to compensate for poor soil conditions.
The bridge cranes included many safety features such as anti-collision on the bridge and step down limits on the trolley.
Both bridge and trolley featured VFD control. All functions operate by radio control and the radio system has the capability
of operating both cranes in tandem. Both cranes feature push button control as a back up in case of radio failure.
A safety concern of the customer was to eliminate all high speed operations of all functions automatically while
operating in tandem. This was achieved by redesigning the circuitry. The trolley hoists and bridge end trucks were
provided by ACCO.
